Capel Golf Club has refurbished all of its tee signs over the last three months. This has included new signs for the Red Tees, with the remaining signs renovated with new coats of paint. All tee signs now show the new index ratings in readiness for competitions from 1 January 2023, and will be used from this date.
Why the index rating review
Whilst these were being refurbished, the club reviewed the index ratings of its holes to reflect that the challenge of the course has changed following a number of incremental upgrades to the course over the last few years.
Date of implementation / Existing Index Ratings
The new and renovated tee signs display the index ratings and golfers will use the new index ratings from 1 January 2023 in golf competitions. Until this time, please use the index ratings on the MiScore app or on your golf card.
